The job of a recruiter is basically to recruit the personnel for the organization. The recruiters recruit different candidates for different jobs as per the availability and the suitability.

The recruiters hail from human resource department. Their job is to handle the recruitment work. They are mainly assigned with the job of recruiting employees for the vacant jobs. The recruiters are given training before they join the job. They are trained in each and every matter related to recruitment. The recruitment training includes every thing related to the recruitment like how to conduct recruitments, how to behave, what to ask, when to finish etc.

A person who becomes a recruiter does not mean that he is confined to only that job or cannot do other work. A person who becomes a recruiter is basically well-qualified. He possesses capabilities and skills to perform other jobs also. Since they recruit people for different jobs they also learn a lot during this process. Generally the human resource managers recruit the job seekers. But they are also qualified to perform his job of a manager. So you should never restrict a recruiter only as a recruiter, he can possess capabilities to perform other jobs better than you.



The human resource managers are entrusted with the job of recruiting the office staff. The human resource managers take up the responsibility of filing up the human resource employment in the organization. The human resource employment is having good careers. The human resource careers have large scope. The element of security is present in the human resource careers.

Therefore, a person who is appointed as a recruiter in the human resource department is capable of performing several other jobs. He can test the capabilities of the job candidate only when he has those capabilities to perform.
