Their parts department is in need of a leader with a clear vision and close monitoring of performance results. The dealership operates very much as a team with prescribed processes throughout. A family environment, with a focus on long term growth. This position is ideal for a manager with 3-5 years supervisory responsibility in the parts operation or even an assistant manager in a larger store, who is ready to step up to the next level.
