RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide full lifecycle recruitment services for cleared programs in the Western, Central and Pacific regions of the United States
Screens and evaluates applicants work history, education, training, skills, and compensation needs to ensure the best candidates are identified for opportunities with Company
Manage the candidate flow in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in accordance with company and OFCCP guidance
Work effectively with a high volume of candidates and open requisitions simultaneously
Collaborate directly with hiring and program managers to develop custom recruiting strategies for programs and geographical region
Utilize social media, job fairs, open house events, professional networking, and various recruiting methods to attract potential candidates
Coordinates all new hire activities including processing of administrative requirements, background investigations, DMV checks, physicals and training verifications
Sends, receives, and verifies the completeness and accuracy of all new hire documentation by pro-actively assisting candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience
Maintains database of qualified personnel for deployment to program, updates contact information, availability and training requirements for seamless deployment/ re-deployment
Provide operational support including scheduling of company training and deployments, visitor access requests, Common Access Cards, Letters of Authorization, coordinating travel, arming authorization, Statements of Work, project start-ups/ transitions and pipeline management
Manage competing priorities simultaneously
Recommend improved efficiencies for systems and processes
Provide weekly performance metrics
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree preferred or at least two (2) years of recruiting experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree (military or sales experience may also be substituted)
Five (5) years of experience with sourcing, assessing and recruiting candidates with security clearances for placement within a large and complex corporate setting
Experience recruiting in military, law enforcement and/or security industries preferred
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc)
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Strong Knowledge of EEOC and OFCCP
Must be able to quickly understand position requirements
High proficiency with Microsoft products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Effective oral and written communication skills with all levels of the organization.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and multiple priorities to completion.
Willing to work in a fast paced and fluid recruiting environment
Able to work independently or within a team

WORKING CONDITIONS
Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, however some extended or weekend hours may be required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
May be required to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 25 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the workday.
